Requiem Region - Maintenance Mode Enabled

If you were to be given a second chance, would you take it?

The Requiem Region. The name it has been given is due to its past, the dreams and hopes that used to flourish there... like any other region in the world, Pokemon thrived; aspiring trainers traveled there, aiming to become the unofficial king or queen of the land. Of course, this was the main goal of most every person in the region, not thinking about the next day and how a life can be altered in one simple way.

They should have.

Years ago, the region was altered. Some say a legendary Pokemon did it, some say it was human error. Whatever it was, the region was wiped of all life everything ceasing to exist in the dead land.

Yet, as time heals all wounds, the Requiem Region was no exception. Of course, it took time for the trees to grow back to their former stances, Pokemon to migrate back, and the region to settle itself into its new landscape.

As the unofficial law of the world, wherever wild Pokemon reside, trainers will follow. Cities will be created where the trainers deem fit, and lives will develop, grow, and eventually come to an end.

However, the past still remains in the region, the song of Requiem throughout the terrain.

And still, time heals the broken soul.
